They have regular posts about female athletes, positive body image pro's & just all around well being for women. Doesn't hurt that they have a sense of humor about it. (also their sister sites The Gloss & Crushable are my faaaaavorites. You'll often see me in the comments section)

This is a great site! There are recipes, work outs, inspiration, etc.. I am considering purchasing her 12 week meal & work out plan. It's only $9.99. What could it hurt? I also really like (not like... appreciate?) that she has a section dedicated to people seeking help with eating disorders. If she's even helped one young woman struggeling, she's a hero
