Today was an Okay day for health & fitness.
Made it to the gym this morning. Only slight awkwardness.
It's a new gym & I haven't quite gotten used to it yet, so I may have stalked a woman getting a personal training session & done whatever they just finished doing. (and in this hypothetical situations I may have gotten some really annoyed looks from said trainer)
I got in my 55 squats. I did them on the TRX... ropes? Would we call those ropes? I don't know. They look like this:

Boyfriend, Steve, is joining in in the challenge. Maybe? Well, he did his 50 squats last night.. while I just stared at him.
According to MyFitnessPal.com, I probably burnt around 220 calories today & estimated about 1280 calories eaten.
So, yeah- it was OK.
I'm nervous about Friday. Oh, have I mentioned? Every Friday I'm going to weigh in & post my measurements. So, that's vulnerable-making & scary. BUT, that's kind of what this is all about.
