I have today off! So, I'm planning on trying a new class today & hopefully getting my ass over to Black Swan.
But as I mentioned earlier, I may need to invest in a new scale. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking getting one that displays body fat % because I mean, because pounds are sometimes unreliable.
But those are sooooo expensive. Maybe I'll start stalking Craigslist.
So, all in all it was an OK week for health & fitness.
I am pretty proud of the post I made on Wednesday & the strides made as well.
Coming up this weekend: Zumba, fancy dates, step class, cocktails (god, give me the strength to not & hopefully some sunshine in the mix
